New Board of Directors 2025 – 2026

Toronto, ON, October 23, 2025 – The Insurance Brokers Association of Canada (IBAC) is pleased to announce its Executive Officers and Board of Directors for 2025-2026. Appointments were confirmed at the Annual General Meeting held in St. John’s, Newfoundland & Labrador on September 25, 2025.

The following individuals were appointed to the Executive Committee:

• Mathieu Brunet – Chair
• Brett McGregor – President
• Jessica Asano – President-Elect
• Brandon McGee – Vice President

In addition, the following individuals were appointed to IBAC’s Board of Directors for 2025-2026

• Michele Carver – Insurance Brokers Association of British Columbia (IBABC)
• Jody Lohr – Insurance Brokers Association of Alberta (IBAA)
• Jaycee Turtle – Insurance Brokers Association of Saskatchewan (IBAS)
• Don Normandeau – Insurance Brokers Association of Manitoba (IBAM)
• Shara Bierman – Insurance Brokers Association of Ontario (IBAO)
• Shani Briffa – Toronto Insurance Council (TIC)
• Lucie Fréchette – Regroupement des cabinets de courtage d’assurance du Québec (RCCAQ)
• James Higgins– Insurance Brokers Association of New Brunswick (IBANB)
• Rhonda Kelly – Insurance Brokers Association of Nova Scotia (IBANS)
• Tabetha Carr – Insurance Brokers Association of Prince Edward Island (IBAPEI)
